It's been a little stressful for both Jed and I lately as we decide what our future plans will entail. So I thought it might be a nice stress reliever for both of us to do something fun together. I made up some pie dough and took out the strawberries and rhubarb that I froze a month ago and we got to work! It was fun, easy and I think now Jed will become my new pastry chef! It is really fun to just make a little time out of your busy schedule to do things like this. Plus it made for a really nice late night snack!
{Recipe from Angry Chicken's "cheat sheet." By the way, I use her cheat sheet all the time!}
Nothing like a spot of cooking to work stuff out!
