Although this is not how I planned it, my weekend has turned into rather a relaxing two days. There is a dress calling my name in the sewing room and a file cabinet needing to be cleaned out. But I'd much rather read the book I just got, "A Guide to Green Housekeeping" by Christina Strutt and my Harper's Bazaar. Hope you all are having a rejuvenating weekend also! xo
Despite a high tea this Sunday afternoon, my weekend wasn't all that relaxing. But your photo's definitely inspired me to do better next weekend!
ReplyDeleteThis weekend was good - I am recovering from the flu so I was sort of forced to have a relaxing weekend. We de cluttered (a favorite past time of mine!) and slept and ate.
ReplyDeleteYour weekend looks cozy!
Some of my favourite weekends are spent just like that. Relaxing with a cup of tea and some of my favourite reads. :)
ReplyDeleteSound's like a wonderful weekend:) Sometimes a relaxing time is exactly what is needed.

For once, I am glad the weekend is over! Ready to get back to work!
ReplyDeleteYour weekend looks lovely. My favorite weekends are often the ones where I decide not to clean out the closet, or do this or that, but simply veg on the couch with a cup of tea and a very tiny amount of guilt!
ReplyDeleteit was a busy weekend for us: running lots of errands, visiting with out of town friends. busy, but full in a good way!
ReplyDeletei just got Green Housekeeping for Christmas and haven't had the chance to read it yet. Need to get on that before Spring Cleaning!
